Non-Medical Companion & Sitter Services Across Oklahoma

Our licensed non-medical services include companionship, safety supervision, caregiver respite, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, shopping assistance, verbal reminders, wellness check-ins, and approved appointment or community accompaniment. Availability depends on staffing, scheduling, and location.

We provide dependable companionship that encourages conversation, social connection, recreational activities, and emotional support. Our caregivers offer supervision and presence while respecting each client’s routines, choices, dignity, and independence.

Meal preparation support may include preparing simple meals and snacks according to the client’s preferences and instructions, creating grocery lists, and cleaning the meal-preparation area. We do not prescribe dietary plans or provide medical nutrition services.

Light housekeeping may include dishes, laundry, changing bed linens, wiping surfaces, organizing commonly used areas, and other routine tasks that support the client’s comfort and safety. Deep cleaning and heavy household work are not included.

We provide friendly verbal reminders for medications, appointments, meals, hydration, and daily routines. Staff do not administer medications, fill pill organizers, or make medical decisions.

Approved appointment and community accompaniment may be available based on the client’s needs, staffing, scheduling, location, and transportation arrangements. We do not provide emergency or medical transportation.

Caregiver respite provides scheduled non-medical supervision and companionship so family caregivers can rest, attend appointments, manage errands, or spend time with other loved ones. Respite services do not include skilled nursing or hands-on personal care.
